July 10-14 12:00 pm-3:00 pm
Single Session Fee: $60
Instructor: Mr. McGough
In this exciting course students will use basic engineering principles to build and design a variety of robots. Using the Robot Arena 2 software, students will design, test, modify and battle with their robots.
Once they have tested their designs against the computer, students will compete with each other in the battle arena and attempt to destroy the other robot designs in a Battle Bot style competition. This will allow them to really put their designs to the test.
Students will also use actual robots to complete tasks. They will use real robots to complete predesignated performance and maneuverability tasks.
Requirements:
This session will only be open to the first 13 students due to the availability of equipment and all 13 spots must be filled for the course to go.
Build your robots from the ground up controlling each element that you include.

Modify your design as you battle and learn the weaknesses in your robots.
